Shipping Details

For items in stock most orders are dispatched within 2-3 business days.

Please note: All Australian orders are dispatched from Canberra, Australia. During sale and holiday periods, delivery may take longer than the estimated time frames above. If you live in WA, NT, certain areas of QLD or remote rural areas, you may need to allow a few extra days for delivery.

Shipping Delays

Your order may not arrive within our normal shipping window or that which is specified in your preferred method of shipping, in light of current Covid-19 delays and restrictions. We thank you for your understanding and patience in what is a challenging time for all of us.

Pre-Order/Back Order Items

If your item is a pre-order or back-order and you have paid for delivery, we will notify you once your order has been dispatched. If you selected pick-up we will notify you once your order is ready for collection.

Pick-up

If you have organised a local pick-up, you will be notified when your order is ready for collection. All orders must be collected from: 6 Nick Ellis Place, Hume, ACT. We will confirm our address and pick-up hours in the dispatch email.
