Refunds and Returns

Returns

We will not accept returns or refunds for ‘change of mind’. However, if a Product is found to have a Defect, the remedies set out in clause 4(b) of Delivery Policy terms and conditions will apply.

In the case of a refund you will be notified of the processed refund via your original payment method. This may take several days depending on payment method.

If you have not received your refund in 7-14 days please contact us, you may also need to contact your banking provider.

Products on Sale

Sale items are not eligible for refunds. However, if a Product is found to have a Defect, the remedies set out in clause 4(b) of Delivery Policy terms and conditions will apply.

It is the customer’s responsibility for payment of shipping for the return. In the case of an approved refund, the cost of the ‘returned shipping’ will be added to your refund.
