Item Code: 1013Lustre FX® Phat FX™ is our original signature binder, mixed with our range of ferrous and non-ferrous metals to create the family of Metallic creative coatings. A thicker binder that’s perfect for trowelling onto walls and surfaces which is then sanded to produce polished metallic surfaces with hand finished textures.

White base ready for mixing with any of our ferrous or non-ferrous metal powders.
Can be used interior or exterior.
Application
Suitable Surfaces
Plaster board, villaboard, MDF,concrete, metal or any solid surface substrate
Coverage
Mixing with 3kg of bronze powder as an example:
– Medium texture 5m2
– Heavy texture 2.5m2
Application
Primer not necessary unless coating an aluminium or an iron surface
Number of coats: 2
Method: Trowel, roller, or any of our decorative tools such as sponges or texture pads
Allow 24hrs before beginning the sanding process (refer to PDS for full guide on sanding)
