We worked with Pelle Architects, Canberra with this sensitive and respectful tribute to past servicemen and women. The space creates a contemplative and reflective transition from the arrival sequence into the main areas of the Club. The area we applied our finish was the bulkhead throughout the space.
Products used
Beautiful Beast Lustre Crete was applied for its subtle grey colour palette, which gives a soft respectful nature to the conceptual aspect of the brief. The application technique used was subtle Venetian technique to not give too much texture or weight to the overall feel of the project. The intentional simple understated colour and finish attempts not to overwhelm the display but rather to maintain a sensitive approach as the viewer experiences the space.
