Airport
We were commissioned to provide a finish for the Canberra Airport, Brindabella suite boardroom, office hub spaces and fireplace surround in the staff cafe. They were after a neutral, raw textural finish, something classic that would stand the test of time and blend with the other materials and furnishing elements of the spaces.
Products used
We used our “Beautiful Beast” Lustre Crete concrete with a custom colour wash resembling a soft warm white and Cera Brilliant wax polish. A split-Rock technique was used to create the textural finish, with the final wash softening the overall look and marrying it harmoniously with the other walls present.
